ART International is a global leader in Authentic Relating Training, having served over 10,000 participants in 50+ locations worldwide through its courses, retreats, and online programs.

Originally launched in 2017 by a small and committed team, ART International experienced rapid growth and the original leadership team have now transitioned to new ventures.

In 2024, Sam joined as fractional CEO to guide the company through a period of change and transition.  He is leading a transfer from private ownership to a model of collective ownership. This includes designing new legal and governance structures that reflect ART’s values of shared ownership and inclusive decision-making.

Alongside this, Sam is overseeing the evolution of operational and financial systems, while stewarding a shift in company culture to support the company’s next phase of development.

It is deeply rewarding work that honours ART’s roots, founders, and long-term committed community while thoughtfully guiding the company into its next chapter.
